1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of mowebstore's ecommerce platform, WhatsApp integration, AI Sales Agent features and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
mowebstore provides tools to create and manage an ecommerce store, products, stock, categories, coupons, orders, customer conversations and, where included, AI Sales Agent capabilities. Features available to you depend on your selected plan.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of your products, catalogue, pricing, advertising, customer communications, fulfilment, delivery, refunds and reservations. You must comply with all laws that apply to your business and the goods or services you sell.
4. Payments and third-party services
Payment processing may be provided through Peach Payments or another applicable payment provider. Their terms, privacy policies and fees apply to their services. mowebstore does not charge transaction fees, but third-party payment-provider fees may apply.
5. AI Sales Agent
The AI Sales Agent may assist with product questions, checkout, orders, tracking, reservations and handovers. You remain responsible for reviewing your store information and for your business's decisions, customer service and fulfilment.
6. Fees and plans
Subscription fees and optional setup fees are shown on the website or otherwise agreed with you. There is no contract. You may upgrade or cancel your plan at any time. Fees already paid are not automatically refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, send harmful or misleading content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service to sell prohibited goods or services.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may update, improve or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, mowebstore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Mauritius, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
